The Action Kit purchase gives you access to: a saved eligibility estimate and action checklist inside your account, a hospital-specific talking-points script for phone calls, an in-app tool to draft and send a request letter to a hospital email address you provide, and general know-your-rights information sourced from your state's charity-care statute. Your purchase pays for access to these tools and content. It does not pay for, and does not guarantee, any particular financial outcome, discount amount, or hospital response.
Because the Action Kit provides immediate digital access to tools and content, purchases are final and non-refundable once your account has accessed the Action Kit dashboard, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Any letter you draft in the Action Kit is sent from your own account, using a hospital email address you provide, only after you review and approve its content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including the recipient email address.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightbill and LASA Investments LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Action Kit, including any hospital's decision on your application.
